Traffic Deferral/Judgment Withheld Program
To be eligible for the Deferral Program, you must:
1) Have had no pointable traffic violation in the last year.
2) Have had no major driving offenses in the last 5 years. (for example: OWI, Driving While Suspended, etc)
3) Have not been on any other deferral programs in the last year.
*****IMPORTANT INFORMATION******
IF YOU PAY YOUR TICKET BEFORE APPLYING FOR DEFERRAL PROGRAM, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE.
IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A DEFERRAL AND HAVE NOTIFIED TRAFFIC COORDINATOR AT 765-675-0732, THEN YOU DO NOT NEED TO APPEAR AT YOUR COURT DATE LISTED ON TICKET. WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A LETTER IN THE MAIL STATING IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE OR NOT WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NEXT. IF YOU DECIDE YOU DO NOT WANT TO APPLY FOR THE DEFERRAL PROGRAM, YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR TICKET OR APPEAR ON COURT DATE LISTED ON TICKET.
