Tipton County Redevelopment Commission
Annual Meeting Notice

The Tipton County Redevelopment Commission will hold an annual meeting for the purpose of
updating the overlapping taxing units of TIF districts within the county. This will include current
budget, long range plans, and impact of the TIF area on the taxing units. Per HEA 1242 that was
signed into law earlier this year, this meeting is required once a year.

The meeting will take place at 5:30 on December 13, 2018. It will be held on the second floor of
the Tipton County Courthouse, 101 E Jefferson St, Tipton, IN 46072 in the John Tipton meeting
room.

After the annual meeting the Tipton County RDC will conduct normal business needed to be
discussed and/or acted upon by the board.
