Ruth Jordan Memorial Fund

The Ruth Jordan Memorial Fund was established in May 1983 by David Jordan and his family. Ruth was David’s wife and the mother of their six children. A lifelong resident of Tipton County, Ruth lost her battle with cancer in 1983. She worked for several years in the Tipton County Treasurer’s and Auditor’s Offices. In addition, she was active in community, rural and school affairs through band parents, home economics and 4-H.
