Adult Immunizations
The Health Department also offers some immunizations and flu shots for adults. Please call (765) 675-8741 to determine availability and cost of adult immunizations.
If you carry health insurance, we can file a claim form for you. We do this by utilizing a third-party billing company called VaxCare. Please contact your insurance company to determine eligibility prior to your appointment.
